Networking with professionals in culinary and restaurant industries, helping to expand brand awareness locally and regionally (Cincinnati, Louisville, Indiana), adding to sales gains.

Boone Creek is continuing to thrive with market expansion and wholesale buyers. They have also been featured on cooking shows including Secrets of Bluegrass Chefs.

Research

Created proposal for university president and staff to review to approve the creation of a softball team. Talent acquisition to recruit and assemble a team, coach, and promote special events. Managed social media accounts and designed uniforms.

Action

Chose assistants and came up with game strategies, fundraisers, and a budget proposal for uniforms and supplies. Worked with marketing regarding intellectual property with logo design.

Highlights

Was able to start team, and receive funding for equipment, supplies and league fee. Starting with a sketch, designed our logo which was later used in university bookstore for other merchandise.

Won league first season. Coached/Managed a great team that played for two seasons while working on grad degree.

Acquiring new clients to maintain and increase catering workflow, with target customers primarily consisting of incoming college teams playing Lexington universities. Managing social media account and promoting marketing campaigns.

Seeing positive results from sales orders from effectively implementing marketing strategies and networking. Consistently delivered to local schools, incoming sports teams, churches, and business clients for meetings and events.
